a simple 5-minute practice to
Train Your brain to think in story
If you’ve been dreaming about telling more stories in your content—but get stuck wondering what to say or how it’s relevant—this 5-minute practice trains your brain to spot stories as they happen in your daily life, so you’re never at a loss for something interesting to share again.
“Coming up with ideas used to be the hardest part. I always felt like my life was too boring—like I didn’t have any stories worth telling.
But jotting down one thing that stood out at the end of the day—big or small—has made a huge difference.
Now I actually see the stories in my life and business. And with the story bank, I don’t have to start from scratch every time I sit down to write. It’s made creating content feel way more natural (and way less overwhelming).”

Meet Your
Brand Storyteller Cyndi Zaweski
Hi, I’m Cyndi Zaweski—a former journalist, brand story writer, and founder of StoryCraft with Cyndi, where I help entrepreneurs bring more meaning and humanity into the way they communicate.
After 15 years in newsrooms and NYC ad agencies, I honed my knack for translating complex information into simple, engaging stories that make people stop and pay attention. Through interviewing leaders as a journalist—and helping my students and clients voice their ideas in content—I’ve learned this: everyone has interesting stories. Most people just don’t know how to notice them.
That’s where I come in. I help surface the narratives that spotlight how you help people and move your audience to act.
When I’m not working on brand storytelling projects, you’ll find me in the garden, journaling, working out, or hanging out with my husband Jason and our dog, Molly.
